So this is the first concert of this project, the rules:
1. can partecipate only 6 girls for the concert, who will be in this concerts probally there will not be in the next
2. Every role is so important, so if you don't want to sing all the song the priority go to the girls that want
3. If there will be a lot of girls that want sing, so I must choose each role for each girl for each song
